Northern Lights Rock and Ice Inc has begun construction of its Challenge and Leadership facility at the Inn at Essex in January 2008! The Ice Wall is up and our log cabin office is under roof!

Programs and Services

Challenges present opportunity for growth, change, and discovery on a personal and group level.

Our instruction and team building is done with a gentle and adventuresome spirit that encourages each participant to choose a challenge that is appropriate for them.

Utilizing the amenities, meeting and conference facilities at the Inn at Essex along with a state of the art, universally accessible, team adventure ropes course, Entre Prises Boulder and Climbing Pinnacle, Rock and Ice Climbing "L" wall ,our programs and services offer a very high level of team building and developmental growth.

The green circles on the left list our programs and services and through the skillful facilitation of the Northern Lights Challenge and Leadership Institute Staff can lead you and your team to achieve your learning objectives which are listed on the right in the purple/green boxes.
