Northern Lights Challenge and Leadership Institute "outback" at the Inn offers team development and adventure services that include professional rock and ice guiding, outdoor rock and ice climbing walls onsite at the Inn, dual 400 ft zip wires, and a unique universally accessible team Challenge Course. It serves families, companies, students and athletes of all ages and abilities. Our staff has over 50 years of combined experience in leading team building programs, leadership training and climbing adventures.
